The hotline addresses a long-standing gap. For decades, victims have had few reliable places to turn; many have been forced to rely on fragmented internet forums, incomplete information, or government agencies that are not structured to provide individualized guidance to sponsors. The new line is independent and privately funded, with no government grants or agency support — an arrangement chosen on purpose, because the legal interests of sponsors can differ significantly from those of immigration agencies. It is fully automated, runs 24 hours a day, and requires no personal information; callers can access guidance privately, without ever speaking to an operator or explaining their circumstances to another person.

Callers reach a four-option menu:
